After viewing the Memorial in the late afternoon, a visit was made to the nearby town of Keystone, SD. Consisting mainly of inexpensive motels for tourists visiting Mt. Rushmore, it does have one interesting restaurant and bar, the Ruby House Restaurant and Red Garter Saloon. This was a good spot for dinner before returning to Mt. Rushmore for a nighttime visit.
